Square the Patriarchal Ponds

 

 The square called by the Patriarchal Ponds, is one of the most known places of Moscow, it was immortalised in the novel "by the Master and Margarita" Michael Bulgakov. The patriarchal pond has received the name thanks to patriarch Ioakimu who has chosen this place for the residence so there was the Patriarchal Large village. There was this remarkable event in a far 16 century. Before on a place of the patriarchal ponds the goat bog settled down. We will notice that at first was three patriarchal ponds, but only one of them up to now has reached. Most easier to reach the Patriarchal ponds from metro station Majakovsky or Barrikadnaja.
